Few days ago I got sick and this existing condition I have discovered just months ago paid a little visit again to my health zones. When I gave birth through a cesarean delivery I thought to myself that my body will become a little weaker and that it will never be the same as it used to be before getting pregnant. One day months ago, I complained of some pain on my left side of my hip a little below the belly. My physician diagnosed that my pelvic veins on that area were engorged. Medically, it's identified as Pelvic Vein Congestion. The idea was obviously foreign, so to help me understand better it was described similarly to a leg that suffers on varicose veins. When the flow of blood is disrupted by some malfunctions in the valve preventing it to go backwards excess blood pools inside the veins causing them to swell and eventually sending your nervous system the feel of painful symptoms.
There is no actual cure to this according to my physician. Just like the varicose on the legs, proper posture, enough rest and healthy diet can trigger a very good flow of the circulatory system. In other words, whatever pain I am bound to experience unpredictably is a lifetime event unless a shift to a better physical lifestyle is taken.
It makes me think now how vital it is to really be aware of what you do and make of your body. It's an overstatement and may sound like a broken record but really, any medical condition is simply a result of how well or not-so-well you may have treated your body before.
It's not a matter of what the books say or your doctors prescribe. But it is what YOUR BODY tells you. I am definitely sure that every single breathe you take is your body's communication to you and the only reason why most of us are too late to realize is because we NEVER LISTEN.
Let us LISTEN to what OUR BODY tells us. Be sensitive that whatever these BODIES have become is a result of our own DOING and MAKING. Won't hurt to choose to be healthy sometimes. Just saying. c")
